What we collect
- Preorder requests: your name, email, phone number, address or park and site details, delivery notes, what you asked for and the run you chose.
- Special requests: your name, email, optional phone number and your message.
- Run updates (optional): your email address, and when and where you signed up with the wording you agreed to.
How we use it
- To review, confirm and hand over your order, and to contact you about it.
- To keep simple records of orders and payments.
- To send run updates and offers, only if you’ve signed up. Every update includes an unsubscribe link.
Who sees it
Prawn Man and anyone helping with the run. Our email provider sends messages on our behalf and our website host stores the data. We don’t sell your information or share it for anyone else’s marketing.
Cookies and your browser
We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser remembers the seafood in your request (not your contact details) so it’s still there if you come back. Staff sign-in for the admin area uses a single secure cookie.
Keeping it safe
Information is stored securely and only people who need it can see it. We keep order records for as long as we need them for the business; ask us if you’d like your details removed.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from run updates at any time. To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email us and we’ll help.
