Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing on this website limits those rights.
If there’s a problem
If something isn’t right with your order, contact us as soon as possible with your request reference and a description (a photo helps). We’ll work out a fair remedy with you, such as a replacement, a refund of what you paid, or a credit, depending on the problem.
Weights and amounts
The amount you pay is based on what is actually handed over, at the listed price per kilo, per dozen, per pack or stick, or per bundle, and is agreed with you at handover.
